Tanggung Jawab:

- Mengidentifikasi dan mengeksplorasi peluang pasar baru untuk produk dan solusi smart home.
- Menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan potensial dan mitra bisnis untuk mengembangkan penjualan.
- Melakukan presentasi produk dan solusi smart home kepada pelanggan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui media digital.
- Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan serta merencanakan strategi untuk mencapainya.
- Mengikuti tren industri dan teknologi smart home untuk tetap relevan di pasar.

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan mínimal S1 dari berbagai jurusan
- Pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun di bidang penjualan atau business development,
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik.
- Mampu bernegosiasi dengan baik dan memiliki kemampuan presentasi yang meyakinkan.
- Memiliki jaringan luas, khususnya di sektor properti, pengembang, dan perusahaan terkait.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis pasar dan perencanaan strategi bisnis.
- Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim.
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris secara aktif (lisan dan tulisan) akan menjadi nilai tambah.
