As a **Business Development Lead,**you will be in charge of driving business growth within the company for our Indonesian operations. Quick wits, problem solving and a team first mentality will be critical to your success. This role is a unique opportunity to have a measurable impact on your market through the growth and optimization of the driver population on the Lalamove platform.
**What you’ll do**:
- **Sales operations**: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships
- ** Business development**: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers
- ** Sales standards**: identify, build, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
- ** Performance**: Lead and develop a high caliber sales team that is driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of the team to close deals and retain business users, and build corrective/improving initiatives
- ** High-profile sales clients**: Develop new and existing relationships with high-potential clients who are widely known to have delivery needs in the market.

**What you’ll need**:
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience (Startup/logistics industry is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university
- Excellent problem solving, presentation, lead generation and negotiation skills
- Experience in API and e-commerce business is a plus
- Experience in operating Salesforce or any CRM tools
- Experience with data and growth metrics
- Indonesian native, with fluency in English is required
