The Opportunity

As an AVP Account Management, you will be responsible for leading business proposition exercises, including new business opportunities from global, regional, and internal referrals. You will work closely with clients to deliver value-added insurance expertise and build trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Ownership:
    • Be the voice of Deliver Aon United (DAU) across Health Solutions.
    • Provide technical and operational expertise regarding key accounts, coordinating with colleagues, regional, and global teams.
    • Achieve a positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value propositions to increase overall partnership position.
    • Develop and maintain client relationships and build new business relations.
  • Growth and Sales:
    • Lead the design and delivery of client and revenue growth plans for new business and penetration.
    • Contribute to regular and dynamic market assessments.
    • Formally review major bids and tenders across the team.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Work with the Head of Health Solutions to create sustainable divisional growth plans and manage Aon Connect discipline.
    • Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders, including local market colleagues, regional, and global teams.
    • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure Operation Excellence KPIs are achieved.
    • Establish processes for monitoring, maintaining, and improving standards consistent with Aon's Code of Business Conduct.
    • Implement Aon initiatives, including consulting, advisory, tools, and technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Vast network within the employee benefits team in Indonesia.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
