Our Client

A world leader in one-stop supply chain solutions, our client provides first-class logistics services globally. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead their operations in Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive International Market Expansion: Enhance the company's global presence and market penetration through international market expansion.
  • Negotiate Route Contracts: Engage in negotiations for route contracts, maintaining and expanding route resources to maximize profits.
  • Develop Local Suppliers: Identify, screen, and develop high-quality local suppliers and overseas agents to improve service offerings.
  • Formulate Business Plans: Assemble and lead a team to explore and expand business, ensuring targets are met.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Gather information from the local market, including customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights. Provide actionable suggestions for product improvements based on analysis.
  • Handle Customer Issues: Handle and resolve issues arising during the transportation of goods, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Report Progress to the Board: Report business progress to the Board of Directors, ensuring effective communication and implementation of board policies and documents.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in international freight forwarding. Willingness to undertake a long-term assignment in Indonesia.
  • Languages: Proficient in both Chinese and English, capable of conducting independent written and verbal communication with overseas counterparts.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced operational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for professional documentation and data processing.
  • Market Skills: Proven ability in market expansion and client acquisition, including autonomous execution of regional market research and business negotiations within assigned territories.
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated cross-departmental collaboration skills to effectively coordinate resources across operations, customs clearance, and customer service teams.
  • Personal Attributes: High accountability and stress tolerance to thrive in dynamic international work environments. Strong teamwork ethos with strict adherence to corporate business ethics and compliance standards.
