Leadership Development for Food and Beverage Industry

Our company is seeking a highly motivated individual to participate in our intensive Management Trainee Program, designed to equip the next generation of leaders with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the fast-paced food and beverage industry. This comprehensive training program will provide you with hands-on experience, placement rotations, real-world projects, mentorship, and direct career opportunities to become an Assistant Store Manager in a casual dining restaurant.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with management and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, financial management, and quality control. You will lead by example, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains a positive working environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a track record of success in restaurant management.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum education of D3 or S1/D4 (majoring in Management, Hospitality, or related fields)
  • Internship or work experience in the FnB or Hospitality sector is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • GPA min. 3.00 / 4.00
  • Maximum age of 25 years
  • Basic knowledge of management or business
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities with strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to learn
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in Eatwell Culinary brands throughout Indonesia
