As a global scientific research and consultancy firm, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
We are seeking an experienced Regional Associate Counsel to join our team in contract management.
- Contract Review and Negotiation: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Legal Compliance: Developing and presenting in-house legal compliance training, monitoring regulatory changes, and supporting industry-affiliated legal and compliance committees.
- Operational Support: Assisting with the drafting and coordination of operational risk-related policies and procedures, and supporting supply chain/procurement functions.
- Contract Management Systems: Supporting and developing the use of contract management systems.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Handling various projects as required by the business.
The Ideal Candidate
- A Bachelor of Law degree with at least 2-5 years of experience as in-house counsel from a quality-testing company or other service industry.
- Excellent skills in commercial contract management.
- Previous regional exposure is a plus.
- Solid proficiency in English is a must, while Mandarin skills are a plus.
- An ambitious individual who is open to experiencing regional exposure in a multicultural environment.
