What You Will Do:
- Strategic Alliance & Relationship Building
- Build trust and foster long-term collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify decision-makers and influencers.
- Define and execute long-term partnership roadmaps and strategic alliances.
- Use emotional intelligence to foster credibility, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships.
- Problem Solving
- Resolve challenges in a structured and efficient manner.
- Apply critical and structured thinking to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Leverage operational expertise to manage day-to-day issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Negotiation
- Secure competitive commercial terms and pricing through strong negotiation tactics (e.g., pricing, exclusivity).
- Benchmark against industry standards and competitors to ensure the best value for BukuWarung.
- Partner & Market Expertise
- Accelerate the launch of new projects by anticipating market trends and aligning them with BukuWarung's needs.
- Conduct comprehensive mapping of the partner ecosystem and market landscape.
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to align partnerships with BukuWarung's current and future goals.
- Selling Skills
- Master the art of presenting solutions and value propositions to partners.
- Overcome objections and close deals efficiently.
- Use knowledge of the competitive landscape to position BukuWarung effectively.
- Proven experience in business development and partnerships within the Switching, Banks, EDC Manufacturers, Importation, Payment Associations, PJPs, or BBW industries.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a structured and analytical approach.
- Deep understanding of the payments and fintech ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
