About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Ruangguru. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our branch operations, including sales and marketing initiatives, customer experience, and staff management. They will also collaborate with the Product Team on application-related matters and direct the academic process in the branch.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  3. Manage and develop a high-performing team of branch staff.
  4. Oversee all facilities and operational aspects, including product distribution and customer experience.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive sales and achieve targets.
Key Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree from any major in any reputable university.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
