About the Role
- Design and execute CRM campaigns and lifecycle automation programs to boost user interaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM strategies with product and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain high-quality communication templates, emails, push notifications, and landing pages, aligned with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.At least one year of CRM marketing experience, preferably in the online mobile app, e-commerce, or quick commerce sectors.Proficiency in launching CRM campaigns and customer journey implementation through advanced CRM tools.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.-
