Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize operational processes to reduce costs, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services and products.
  • Oversee the management of EV fleets, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making through the integration of telematics, fleet management software, and CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and project management in transportation and/or clean energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of fleet operations, logistics, and Indonesia's fleet market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the fleet/VaaS market.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM software, and sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
