The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AVP Account Management to join our Health Solutions team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will lead business proposition exercises, delivering value-added insurance expertise and building trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Leadership:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client growth strategies.
  • Business Development:
    • Design and deliver client and revenue growth plans for new business and penetration.
    • Contribute to regular and dynamic market assessments, identifying trends and opportunities.
    • Formally review major bids and tenders across the team, ensuring best-in-class solutions.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Work with the Head of Health Solutions to create sustainable divisional growth plans and manage Aon Connect discipline.
    • Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders, including local market colleagues, regional, and global teams.
    • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure Operation Excellence KPIs are achieved.
    • Establish processes for monitoring, maintaining, and improving standards consistent with Aon's Code of Business Conduct.
    • Implement Aon initiatives, including consulting, advisory, tools, and technology.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Vast network within the employee benefits team in Indonesia.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
