About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Channel Services Sales Engineer to lead our Services channel strategy in a country or group of countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop profitable business relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth through sales actions.
  2. Align with the Global Channel strategy and work closely with BU/Country Channel leaders to achieve services target revenue, margin, and growth order targets.
  3. Lead the implementation of sales actions with assigned channels to develop profitable business with them on covered accounts or where they are opportunity leaders.
  4. Work in a team environment to ensure timely quotes and high-quality commercial proposals with ISSR and tender support.
  5. Develop sales and marketing automation campaigns with marketing and ISSR.
  6. Provide monthly forecasts and quarterly vision for Business Relations.
  7. Manage escalations and conflicts in the field.
  8. Promote digitalization among partners.
  9. Contribute to market awareness, including channel country landscapes, offers, trends, and prices.
