Senior Channel Services Sales Specialist

Job Overview:
Schneider Electric Gruppe is seeking a skilled Senior Channel Services Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing profitable business relationships with channel partners, driving revenue growth through sales actions, and aligning with the Global Channel strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement the local Services channel strategy in a country or group of countries, in line with global strategy recommendations and marketing support.
- Identify potential customers or prospects, select appropriate channel profiles, and establish revenue/margin growth targets with selected partners.
- Sign agreements and programs with channel partners, either for certified or frame agreements.
- Drive annual achievement of FS revenue and growth targets for delegated end-users and preferred partners.
- Support partner development, skills, and capabilities to offer Schneider Electric services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by overseeing ongoing channel activities, including orders, delivery, credit, and rebates.
- Utilize CRM and digital tools for partners, such as BFO, My Schneider opportunities, Seamless, and IB2diag.
- Ensure timely quotes and high-quality commercial proposals with ISSR and tender support.
- Develop sales and marketing automation campaigns with marketing and ISSR.
- Provide monthly forecasts and quarterly vision for Business Relations.
- Foster strong relationships with channel partners, including reviews, joint visits, and trade/fair events.
- Manage escalations and conflicts in the field.
- Promote digitalization among partners.
- Contribute to market awareness, including channel country landscapes, offers, trends, and prices.
- Communicate handovers to delegated end-users through certified partners.
- Collaborate on 3-year business plans with BU/Country Channel leaders.
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals with quotation teams.
- Track progress for end-user lists and overall IB performance through partner portfolios.
- Leverage marketing program localization led by marketing.
- Platform partners and propose new partners to optimize coverage.
