General Manager, Key Accounts

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our Key Accounts division.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in Key Accounts.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
With your extensive knowledge of the modern market and your ability to build strong relationships with customers, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategy and driving growth in this vital sector.
Your expertise in managing unique accounts with diverse objectives and characters will be valuable assets in this role.
We are looking for a results-driven individual who can think creatively and strategically, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About You- A proven track record of leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Key Accounts, preferably including organized retailers or key accounts.
- Experience working with residential projects would be an advantage.
- A clear and strong performance track record in previous companies.
- Proven leadership experience for more than 3 years.
- Background in the electrical, building material, or electronics industry.
- Demonstrate customer-first attitude, passion for results, collaboration, and innovative thinking.
