Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in Cosmetics, Beauty Products, and Phone Accessories).
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and customer behavior.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  2. Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and business needs.
  4. Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  5. Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both the company and the client.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Indonesia.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on account performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics.
  9. Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to strengthen business relationships.
