About the Job:
This Sales Channel Strategist role is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in Modern Trade. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve sales performance, analyzing sales data, and working closely with account executives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales performance in Modern Trade
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work closely with account executives to build effective communications and provide insights for sales improvement
- Collaborate with the Accounts Manager/Modern Trade Head to conduct financial reviews and ensure achievement of top-line and profit targets
- Plan, monitor, and implement NKA and LKA initiatives and trading term strategies to ensure maximum account performance and initiatives
- Handle trade relationships, implementing joint business plans through pre-defined cycle plans, and monitor KPI achievement to ensure alignment and integrated activities
- Consolidate Modern Trade Cycle Calendar and Planogram guidelines, evaluating the implementation of the modern trade program
- Provide quarterly reports to ensure each key account has sufficient stock levels per SKU in every branch continuously
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in sales, trade channel management, distribution, and/or field trade marketing, preferably with a multinational Cigarette and FMCG Company
- Functional Skills: Product Knowledge, Account Management, Promotion Effectiveness, Company and Business Knowledge, Financial Acumen, Effective Negotiation, Analyzing Data, Third-Party Distributor Management
