Job Description:

  1. Design Compensation Structures: Facilitate the creation of compensation and benefits structures based on employee needs, market labor trends, and relevant regulations.
  2. Formulate Job Values: Collaborate with the Organization Development team to formulate job values and job groupings.
  3. Implement Reward Systems: Develop programs to implement reward systems that enhance employee motivation, productivity, and cultural development within the company.
  4. Review and Monitor External Developments: Stay updated on external developments to ensure our reward, compensation, and benefits structures remain competitive, aligned with employee needs, and compliant with regulations.
  5. Socialize Changes: Communicate changes in our compensation and benefits structures to employees.
  6. Manage Employee-Related Reports: Organize, integrate, and produce employee-related reports on benefits and appreciation systems to provide an accurate overview of current employee conditions.
