About You:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required; post-graduate training is highly valued.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are non-negotiable.
  • Proficiency in HRIS technologies, payroll, and Indonesian employment laws is expected.
  • We value proactivity, adaptability, and a solid problem-solving approach.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
