Today, Indo Porcelain is one of Asia's premier white porcelain tableware manufacturers. With state-of-the-art equipment, the company can handle a wide array of shapes, sizes, and materials, producing 1.5 million pieces per month.
Job Description:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve company targets in Retail, Wholesale, and HoReCa channels
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Budget Management: Create and manage annual sales and marketing budgets for each channel, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI
- Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor sales targets for each channel by overseeing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, to ensure on-time delivery of products and consistent achievement
- Pricing Strategies: Manage pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to maximize profitability
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Sales & Marketing team
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to BOD
