- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service min. 2-3 tahun lebih disukai
- Memiliki pengalaman handle team
- Komunikatif, detail, dan teliti
- Penempatan: Jakarta Utara

Tugas:

- Melayani Mitra dengan memberikan informasi dan layanan yang dibutuhkan
- Menjadi penghubung antara Mitra dan perusahaan
- Mengetahui setiap produk yang dimiliki perusahaan
- Melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan team
- Mencatat interaksi dengan Customer terkait pertanyaan dan keluhan dari mitra
