Customer Service Operations Supervisor

As a Customer Service Operations Supervisor, will be responsible for managing our customer service operations team sub-ordinate. The individual will have contact with customers, carriers/partners and potential customers on a daily basis. must ensure the team/subordinate is proactive in providing quality customer service and collaborating operational and have the ability to handle pressure and responsibility in a fast paced environment, in a timely and effective manner.
Reporting to COO (Chief Operating Officer) to help day to day Customer service and operational matters.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing guidance and support on all aspects of shipment/transportation operations.
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and accurately (booking to delivery, including generate invoice) for all transportation freight available (Sea, land and Air)
- Providing accurate and complete information about our freight forwarding services, including rates, transit times, and available options.
- Coordinate with partners, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Ensuring team to monitor shipment tracking and proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays.
- Work with the sales team to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the entire customer journey, shipment status updates, delays, and any other issues that may arise.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any customer issues related to shipments, billing, documentation until cargo is released.
- Managing reports of Customer Service Operation as necessary (KPI, Fulfillment)
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience in logistic industry is required for this position
- Experience in managing team
- Familiar with Sea, Land and Air freight transportation
- Good understanding of the transportation situation (i.e: high low season)
- Excellent communication skill and strong problem solving skills
- Good analytical, fast learner, well organize, creative
Pay: From Rp7,000,000 per month
