**Qualifications**
- Max. 30 years old
- Required language(s): Indonesian, English (must have good writing, reading, listening and speaking skills), Mandarin will be a plus point
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill (s): Exquisite communication skill, Microsoft Office, Excellent English, Indonesian
- Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Marketing - others or equivalent
- Can-do attitude, independent, great team player, adaptive
- Willing to work on shifts
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

**Job descriptions**
- Handle operational tasks, such as client's account opening, deposit and withdrawal
- Handle all social media channels and make reports
- Maintain existing clients and provide best services
- Do daily report
- Handle complaints
- Closely coordinate with CS supervisor and manager
- Closely coordinate with business consultant teams
- Support the internal team for events, promotions, etc.
- Do other supporting duties if needed

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
