**Responsibilities**
- To handle inquiries from customers, provide appropriate feedback and alternatives within the time limit.
- Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions.
- Communicate, build and develop good customer relationships.
- Maintain and update customer databases and filing system.
- Daily Input of data into database accurately.
- Closely liaise with internal/external parties for operation.
- Handle complaints by client.
- Arrange and coordinate for work scheduling.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations.
- Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Able to organize, multi-task, problem solving and work under pressure.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Eager to learn and willing to work hard.
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
- Pleasant personality and result oriented.

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Esports (gaming) Industry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
