Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
Computer Skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent in operating computer and familiar in Microsoft Office.
Have a good personal skills and can communicate well
can complete the work according to the dateline
Honest, initiative, proactive, disciplined, thorough, and responsible for the job
Tanggung Jawab
Responsibilities are provide information to customers either by telephone, or other means of communication, so that customers know and continue to use the company's products.
Will be as a mediator in submitting and handling complaints in order to provide customer satisfaction with services.
Receive all input complaints from customers and report to Supervisor, also coordinate with related Departments for complaints and inputs obtained to get fast and appropriate problem solving.
Manage correspondences, reports and documents, handle incoming telephone, support administrative general affairs, and represent the company image as the front office.
