**Job Title**: Service Parts Administrator (Healthtech)

**Job summary**:
The purpose of the Service Part Administration role is to ensure the availability of requested Service Parts to match Planned Service Events. This role is analytical and strategic in nature and works collaboratively with the wider organization to ensure we provide exceptional service to our customers.

**Your role**:

- Ensures that the right service parts have been ordered and that the required parts are delivered on the requested moment at the right location.
- Coordinates the final delivery at customer site and will act in case service parts have not been delivered in time, are damaged or wrongly delivered.
- Managing an uninterrupted flow of service parts throughout the service fulfillment process.
- Monitors and controls the return of service parts to the vendors.
- Prevents unnecessary stock holding and buildup of stock levels.
- Communicates with vendors & informs the organization on interruptions in the chain, which will delay the on time delivery of the requested service parts
- Inventory & Service Parts management
- Collaborates with the material planner to manage the spare parts supply planning process for the Indonesian market.

**You're the right fit if**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Management, with 3-5 years of related experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, along with comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work logically and systematically under pressure to deliver quick.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in problem-solving and relationship management.
- Certification in a supply chain role is a plus.
