Purpose of Role: We have 3 permanent vacancies for a Technical Customer Service Supervisor to join our Minerals Processing Team Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
You will lead all project requirements, plan maintenance activities and lead resource teams on site to complete planned maintenance, fault analysis, breakdown maintenance whilst introducing improvement plans to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
- Focus Area: Mechanical Trade and Site Supervisory Experience to provide Maintenance and Fault Analysis to Weir Minerals Equipment.
- Focus Area: Ability to Project Manage and meet demanding milestones safely and timely along with innovative solutions for customer equipment
- Focus Area: Skills to attend and be active in site meetings and produce detailed and concise Technical Reports
- Focus Area: Equipment Product Skills - Ideally experience in Crusher maintenance, repairs and mechanical and electrical fault finding with supplementary skills on any of GEHO, HPGR, Warman Pumps and/or other Weir products in a Service & Maintenance environment.
- Focus Area: Skills to build Customer Relationships through strong communication, identifying opportunities and demonstrating values to embed Weir into customer's maintenance strategies
- Focus Area: Ability to Collaborate actively with all other parts of the Weir organization to achieve customer outcomes.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or Fitting
- Mechanical Product Experience and knowledge of equipment such as Steam Turbines and Gearboxes
- Basic Computer Skills - ability to use Microsoft Suite
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical drawings, and procedure manuals
- Be available to go to site as per the client needs
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - ability to write routine reports and correspondence
