**Opportunity**

As a full-time on-site Customer Service Supervisor located in Jakarta, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our customer service operations. You will lead a dedicated team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential in fostering a positive customer experience and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train the customer service team to deliver high-quality support to our customers.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service offerings.
- Analyze customer service metrics and gather feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving customer service processes.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members for improved performance.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Knowledge of smart home technology and related products is a plus.
