**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the portfolio of new and existing borrowers at our Surabaya branch. You will coordinate closely with each Relationship Manager to drive sales of SME products, oversee credit proposals, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with lending policies.

**What You Will Do**:

- Develop and manage the portfolio of new and existing borrowers in Surabaya.
- Coordinate tasks with Relationship Managers to effectively sell SME products and ensure accurate credit proposal assessments.
- Monitor portfolio performance and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the lending team to achieve performance targets.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in SME/Commercial banking or P2P lending.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking industry or P2P lending platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams and achieving business targets.
- Based in Surabaya.
