Kami sedang mencari seorang Manajer Pemasaran (Business Manager) yang berpengalaman dalam Penjualan Asuransi untuk memimpin rekrutmen, dan mengkoordinasi tim di perusahaan. Anda akan secara khusus ditugaskan ke Qoala Plus, divisi utama yang berdedikasi untuk pemasaran dan penjualan produk asuransi kepada klien/nasabah. Tanggung jawab utama Anda adalah untuk memasarkan produk asuransi dan memastikan tercapainya target, serta mendorong ekspansi bisnis kami melalui pengembangan insiatif, perekrutan agen asuransi yang berkualitas, serta pengelolaan dan pengelolan manajemen kinerja tim.
- Melakukan Penjualan untuk Produk Asuransi
- Merekrut Agen Asuransi ataupun Kandidat Pemasaran lain yang berpotensi.
- Mengelola Kinerja Agen.
- Memelihara Hubungan dengan Klien/Nasabah.
- Menjadi perantara antara Manajemen dan Agen.
- Mewakili Perusahaan untuk memperkenalkan Produk Asuransi kepada Agen dan Klien
- Berinovasi untuk mencapai Target yang telah ditentukan.
**Requirements**:
- Minimal 3-4 tahun pengalaman sebagai Sales Asuransi.
- Memiliki jaringan agen yang luas (merekrut dan menjaga jumlah agen serta kinerjanya).
- Mampu merekrut dan merencanakan kegiatan pengembangan bisnis agen.
- Pengalaman terbukti sebagai Business Manager, Sales Manager atau posisi lainnya yang relevan.
- Kemampuan komunikasi, berorganisasi, memimpin, dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang beragam proses bisnis dan pengembangan strategi.
- Latar belakang dari Asuransi Umum atau Insurtech lebih disukai.
