McEasy, Indonesia’s leading web and mobile logistic system, is looking for a Business Development Specialist (Surabaya) to join our ever-growing team. You will work closely with our Head of Sales, Head of Partnership, Branding Manager, and Marketing Manager to meet the targeted number of sales.

Uraian Pekerjaan
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
- Win a new potential customer (large company) deal in accordance with expected time by monitoring Pre-Sales Project management.
- Understand and present McEasy products to customers and able to explore customer needs from the technical side of software and hardware.
- Collaborate with Product Manager to provide ideas to fulfill needs and requests from customers, also monitor the realization of these needs with a priority scale.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of sales or account management experience in Software/ Automotive / FMCG Industry
- Having strong experience in B2B Sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be placed at McEasy office, Surabaya.
