**What you'll do**:

- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Strategic planning to improve client results
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Research and source new potential clients
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way

**Requierment**:

- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the E-Sports industry
- You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account

**Willing to work on-site in Ruko Villa Bukit Mas, Surabaya Barat**

**Can join as soon as possible**

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
