Vp of Sales

**Responsibilities / Introduction**
- Identify key decision-makers (restaurant owners, supplier admins, procurement managers etc.), set up meetings and build strong relationships with them.
- Oversight and responsibility for the performance, training, and management of the various city functions (Business Development, Operations, Customer Success)
- Provide feedback and analysis to senior leadership that will help us improve product, strategy, and processes - you're the eyes and ears of what's happening on the ground
- Track the lifecycle of onboarded partners, and develop strategies to increase their engagement and retention
- Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences in Vietnam to represent the company's thought leadership and expertise in the industry
**Requirement**
- 4+ years experience in market expansion, sales and/or partnerships within B2B technology or F&B/wholesale services, and 2+ years in leadership capacity
- World-class individual contributor first and foremost, you will not be here just to tell other people what to do.
- Experience guiding functional specialization within teams, including setting and monitoring KPIs that reflect clear division of responsibilities and larger team goals
- Strong bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in your team. You must be extremely persistent by nature and unwilling to let your team lose or leave problems unsolved
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation etc.) in English
- Bonus: Strong technical operations skills - automation power user who knows SQL, Pipedrive, Airtable, Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva and other platforms inside and out. You aren’t scared to “figure it out”
