Technical Sales Engineer Specialty Products - PCV Asia

Essential Job Functions
- Serve as the primary product expert for Specialty PCV products in the SEA & broader APAC region.
- Willingness to drive business development and build relationships for repeat business.
- Collaborate with the regional sales teams to effectively promote and market our products/services to relevant customers in the region.
- Work closely with Global Product Line Management (GPLM), Capital Sales, and Inside Sales to develop winning proposals.
- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to customers, sales representatives, and site support.
- Travel with sales teams to customer sites and engineering firms to troubleshoot, consult on system design, support start-ups, and ensure proper aftermarket support, including warranty/quality issue resolution.
- Report won/lost opportunities and customer feedback to GPLMs, including market intelligence, competition activities, and suggestions for product design and improvement based on specific customer pain points.
- Drive process testing for customers in the region, in agreement with GPLM and Global Service Line Management (GSLM).
- Collaborate with GPLM and GSLM to support the successful launch of new products/services in the region.
- Assist with mining sales opportunities in SEA region.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to live and work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Capability to provide training and guidance to customers, sales, and field service teams.
- Willingness to travel to troubleshoot, consult on system design, and ensure aftermarket support.
- Skilled in analyzing competition, providing customer feedback. Ability to identify product design improvements and customer pain points.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with global teams and leadership.
- Understanding of the Asia Pacific market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory environment related to Specialty PCV products.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to present technical training courses to large groups.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with matrixed reporting structures.
