**About the Company**:
Our client is one of the biggest local listed hospital. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for talented professionals to join them as Head of organizational development.

**Job Responsibility**:

- To contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies.
- Managing the change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans.
- Providing information, advice and services as required.
- Managing the organizational performance improvement to help the company to achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organization.
- To contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the Fund’s HR strategy in order to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
- To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions which foster a high performance culture.
- To support specific performance improvement initiatives.
- To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as OD and or HRBP - minimum 10 years of working experience of which 7 must be in HR function
- Overseas graduate will be advantageous
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
