**Job Description Summary**: As Enterprise Solutions Director, you will be responsible for developing new business & executing commercial opportunities for GE Healthcare products & services in Indonesia.

This role is responsible for managing the long-term success of GE’s relationship with a set of accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare. You will drive orders and sales growth; define and implement a 1-3 year plan; develop and execute a One GE Healthcare Sales strategy to capitalize on GEHC’s broad portfolio of products, services, and solutions; lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases; drive care area solutions, and provide overall leadership to the commercial team on all matters concerning the accounts in scope.

The position holder will build strong relationships with stakeholders from the assigned accounts, will understand needs and outcomes expected by GEHC’s strategic customers and position GEHC’s innovative customized solutions portfolio to enable customer success. The position holder will devise account strategies and execution of the strategies to drive orders/sales growth by securing large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and develops into trusted advisor and customer advocate for key account stakeholders/executive sponsors.
- Develops and maintain Customer Mapping across stakeholders, includes next generation leadership, internal relationship dynamics and the customer’s competitive landscape in both Strategic Accounts and targeted Academics.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs and understands drivers of the customer need including vision/mission / financial objectives on an ongoing basis.
- Integrate solutions pillars at a customer level and own the strategic execution of the commercial opportunities from origination to delivery.
- Leads a joint ‘company - Strategic Account customer/ Academics’ planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period that truly addresses needs of the account’s vision/mission and creates new business opportunities for GEHC.
- Collaborates with internal GEHC stakeholders including strategic accounts Enterprise Solutions architect, AKA Strategic Accounts Director and region/global product, service, digital teams to address customer needs.
- Orchestrate deals and long-term plans in selected Academics/ Teaching Hospital through Care Area Solutions-based approach (in Oncology and Cardiovascular) that align with a mutually beneficial strategy across products and multiple stakeholders to build market awareness and drive sustainable growth
- Act as a primary customer point of contact, represents One GEHC across multimodality projects, cross-P&L business events, and an accountability for issue resolution in selected Strategic Accounts and Academics.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Provide ongoing feedback to management, product, services, and marketing teams.

**Required Qualifications**
- Education with Bachelor’s Degree level
- Fluent in English communication
- 8+ years experience in Business Management or Sales / Marketing OR equivalent years of experience progressive leadership
- Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.
- Experience structuring and closing large and complex strategic deals and experience in handling C-suites customers
- Strong co-ordination, commercial, influencing and advanced negotiation
- Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills.
- High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forwardthinking and customer-first attitude.

**Desired Qualifications**
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare market, key players and customers in Indonesia
- Healthcare disease care area solutions (especially in Oncology and Cardiovascular) and the products and services offered
- Knowledge of hospital management will be a plus
