DESIGNATION : Compensation Benefit And People Service Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Secara strategis merencanakan dan mengeksekusi program terkait kompensasi dan pengembangan Karyawan yang sesuai dengan tujuan strategis perusahaan.
- Berfokus kepada penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi dalam cakupan pekerjaan.
- Mengadakan kegiatan dan inisiatif pengembangan dan peningkatan keterikatan karyawan yang meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan.
- Menentukan aktivitas dan acara yang dapat meningkatkan kedekatan antar karyawan.
- Menentukan budget tahunan untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan karyawan.
- Menentukan pelaksanaan pengupahan tiap bulan.
- Memastikan pengupahan karyawan tiap bulan sesuai jadwal dan ketentuan.
- Menyeleksi dan menyusun pelatihan yang sesuai dengan rencana pengembangan dan kebutuhan kompetensi Karyawan.
- Menentukan vendor dan kegiatan yang terbaik bagi kesejahteraan karyawan dengan tetap menyesuaikan dengan strategi bisnis manajemen.
- Memenuhi risiko/temuan audit.
- Memastikan karyawan terinformasi dan terbiasa untuk mendukung tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dalam area kerja mereka masing-masing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 5 tahun di bidang Talent Management, HRIS & Payroll.
