PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance (“Perusahaan”) merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan kendaraan roda 4 (empat) atau lebih skala nasional yang didirikan pada tanggal 28 November 2000. Perusahaan ini berkantor pusat di Agro Plaza Lantai 16-17, Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said Kav. X2-1, Kuningan Timur, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan 12950.
Adapun pemegang saham Perusahaan saat ini adalah ORIX Corporation, Jepang sebesar 85% (delapan puluh lima persen) dan PT. Sinar Mas Multiartha, Tbk. (“SMMA”), yang bergabung pada tahun 2019.
Perusahaan telah menjadi bagian dari ORIX Corporation, Jepang yang memiliki jaringan di 27 negara di dunia dan terdaftar di New York Stock Exchange. Saat ini Perusahaan memiliki +- 120 jaringan (Kantor Cabang dan Kantor Selain Kantor Cabang) di seluruh Indonesia dan memiliki lebih dari 2500 karyawan.
Melakukan update data karyawan di HRIS (Bulanan)
Melakukan pembuuatan kontrak kerja dan memperbaharui masa berlakunya kontrak kerja serta melakukan pembuatan ID Card (Harian)
Mengurus administrasi kelengkapan perubahan kondisi kerja bagi karyawan yang mengalami promosi, mutasi, dan demosi (Bulanan)
Membuat dan pengumpulan data absensi karyawan serta administrasi yang berkaitan dengan cuti, ijin, dan lembur (Bulanan)
Melakukan pendataan untuk NPWP, nomor rekening karyawan, jaminan karyawaan, dan pendaftaran BPJS tenaga kerja karyawan (Bulanan)
Membuat arsip dokumen di HRD serta ekspedisi dan penerimaan dokumen di HRD (Bulanan)
Membuat pengajuan perjalanan dinas, merekap bantuan duka, nikah, dan sewa rumah serta pengurusan klaim kebugaran, psikotest, dan medical check up (By Case)
membuat pengajuan dan melakukan stock control keperluan kantor atau ATK untuk Departemen Compensation & Benefits (Bulanan)
Melakukan penginputan data karyawan baru di sistem (Harian)
Melakukan arsip dokumen pajak PPH 21 (Bulanan)
Memproses perubahan homebase karyawan (By Case)
Melakukan permintaan Bukti Potong Showroom (By Case)
Memproses pembayaran pajak PPH 21
Pendidikan S1 Jurusan Manajemen dan Akuntasi
