Internal Revenue Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain engagement with each selected 3rd party agent channels (OTAs) and direct web and mobile apps mechanism
- Coordinate and maintain performance in specific OTA (online travel agents) for all Bobobox branch
- Checking and decide which promotions that suitable for properties in all areas - Ensure the price parity across OTA's and direct web and mobile apps
- Accountable for OTA Targets (per OTA and area-based targets)
- Discuss with OTA Channels on what needs to be done in order to improve the conversion
- Content, Reviews & Special opportunity on each channel
- Performance movement
- Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota for every site of Bobobox Places which are 80% occupancy for every daily site with different revenue targets for every daily site.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in hospitality management or similar
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Familiar with OTA extranets and channel manager
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and confidence and can be a great team player when required
- Is very self motivated, analytically detailed and results driven and can show a proven history of this.
- Excellent communication, relationship and negotiation skills
- Operates with an entrepreneurial spirit and likes to lead rather than follow.
- Pre Opening experience would be considered a distinct advantage
- Willing to be based in Bandung
