**What will you be engaged in?**

As our new Supply Retention Associate, you will get the opportunity to do hands-on projects and make an impactful contribution to the car-sharing ecosystem in Indonesia

As our newest Supply Retention, you will be engaged in
- Manage hosts that already assigned and develop their understanding of the TREVO regulation and product knowledge
- Manage host input and feedback with detailed direction
- Manage host daily / weekly / monthly performance
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
- As necessary, visit hosts to enhance the relationship and engagement among the hosts
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer needs
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning host behavior and performance to understand changing needs
- Support special projects as and when required.

- Bachelor Degree of any field
- Experience with project management or account management
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in Google Slides and Google Spreadsheet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate to the hosts
- Good analytical skills for analyzing host data
- Possess creativity and bravery to try various campaigns to achieve the target
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, good interpersonal skills
