Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the ultimate owner in achieving their triple-digit y-o-y revenue growth targets, supporting their ambition to cement us as the leading higher education player in SEA in the years to come.

**More specifically you will be expected to**:
Lead their Marketing & Sales functions, which have at their core their performance-based marketing teams and student admissions counselors

Be the ultimate end-to-end owner of their student enrolment funnel, including the allocation of marketing budget to hit their enrolments targets while maintaining healthy CAC and CIR ratios

Build their marketing & sales analytics function, to drive insights through a scientific lens based on hard data and customer insights

Work closely with their organic marketing channels (Content Marketing, Social Media, SEO) to ensure the most synergistic collaboration and the right analytical support to translate long-term branding efforts into short time measurable progress.

Requirements (aka 'what you bring to the table’)

**What would the best profile looks like**:
**Live and breathe funnels**: although specific experience in running data-driven marketing teams or managing sales teams would constitute a big plus, it is not mandatory. What matters even more for us is your proven ability to deeply and analytically understand their whole student journey, so as to be able to unlock growth opportunities in each step of their enrolment funnel.

**Impressive analytical skills**: not the usual “good enough analytical skills”, more like proper Goldman Sachs’ / McKinsey standards of analytical thinking.

**Highest standards**: impeccable attention to detail and high standards approach to your work. You can read more here on what we mean by having a culture of high standards. We also embrace the leading by example approach to management and therefore require especially their senior management to keep raising the bar when it comes to output quality and standards

Highly structured and process driven, with the ability to keep the big picture in mind: the scope of work will be very broad, with an almost infinite number of variables to keep track of. You will need to prioritize what is important and optimize for it (80:20 rule).

**Ability to get things done**: despite the talent and pervasive can-do approach of people around you, you will never be too senior to not do the work yourself or to get your hands dirty. From building a complex new revenue forecasting model to jumping deep into the technicalities of their marketing channels or jumping on a call with prospective students to better understand the challenges they are facing

**Inspiring leader**: you have a proven track record of hiring, growing, and retaining high-performance teams. You have done that by using a high dose of empathy, candour, and team empowerment. Experience in data-driven performance marketing and in particular in paid aids, budget allocation, marketing automation & analytics, CRM, SEO, and Onsite/CRO

Experience in managing a Sales Team and owning the overall sales funnel, especially if B2C / short cycle
