We’re looking for a VP Partnership with a demonstrable record of running a strategic partner program that finds, manages and expands key partnerships to drive more brand presence, leads, and new customers. You will be responsible for running a team of Partnership Team to expand our existing partnerships, and implement processes and technology that improves how we find, onboard, and manage strategic relationships to drive substantial revenue and demand. You will report to the CCO, and work closely with leadership to meet your objectives and drive more partner-sourced and influenced revenue.

**Responsibilities**:
Identifies major strategic relationship opportunities, and grows new and existing relationships. Leverages existing relationships to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

Evaluate and update our processes for finding, managing and monetizing strategic partners.

Identify new types of strategic partners, and find and onboard these partners.

Oversee implementation of best practices that will ensure best-in-class customer service, and increased efficiency, effectiveness, and retention.

Collaborate with other department leaders (Marketing, Product, Tech, and Legal) to understand and refine our joint objectives, attribution models, internal structure and and identify areas for improvement and potential risks, and communicate effectively.

Present strategy and quarterly results to leadership and, when relevant, partners.

Coach and mentor team members to support the development of high-performing teams.

**Requirements**:
5 years experience in strategic partnerships with a proven record of overseeing a strategic partner team at a high growth company, and successfully improving sourced and influenced revenue and partner engagement.

Extensive experience in and knowledge of partnership in the startup ecosystem with an existing network of relationships.

Strategic thinker who excels at relationship building and can inspire internal and external parties.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and business plans to deliver and exceed expected business objectives and results.

Data-driven with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced organization and constantly identify the highest value partners and activities.

Highly motivated, passionate, and creative team player with a demonstrated commitment to the organization and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
