Job Description
1. Take charge of commercial market operations in the region's commercial/medium-sized commercial market or in multiple regions with medium-sized commercial markets.
2. Responsible for the implementation of multiple business sub-module processes of the region.
3. Develops relationships with regional strategic business integrators; takes the lead in building a partner ecosystem that matches customers/regions; builds brand influence in the ecosystem;
4. Takes the lead in planning and organizing regional-level branding activities; as a core member of business organizations in key cities, takes responsibility for business goals.
5. Serve as a key contributor to the business market and complete the operation of the business market in multiple domains.
6. As the sales owner for integrators in the commercial market, be responsible for the commercial service revenue, accumulate product operation capabilities, manage the order and revenue of commercial integrators, and focus on the share increase of key integrators.
7. Carry out sales business activities by building a healthy business integrator circle, executing precision marketing, improving the brand, and guiding product and solution adaptation in the business market, to ensure the achievement of business market and sales targets, operation indicators, market landscape, and partner health.
Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree or Above in IT, Marketing, Sales, engineering & other related majors.
2. Has experienced in handling his/her own team for at least 3 years. With a minimum requirement of 5 years work experience in sales & marketing while already well versed with working & managing with his own team.
3. Business integrator insight and planning, business integrator development and relationship building, brand influence and connectivity, integrator sales support, continuous cooperation, and climate building
