Qwords is an IT company with more than 15 years of experience in providing hosting management, cloud & data center solutions, and domain name services. Tens of thousands of domestic and foreign customers have entrusted their services to us. We are currently looking for an extraordinary individual to join our team as Technical Support (Linux).
**Responsibilities**:
- Install & configure servers
- Responsible to monitor & troubleshoot system servers in a timely manner
- Perform server & network devices maintenance
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers
- Provide solutions and fix technical problems reported by customers
**Requirements**:
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux)
- Understanding of TCP/IP, IP address, and LAN technology including switching and routing fundamentals
- Knowledge of LAMP, cPanel/WHM, and DirectAdmin is a plus
- Knowledge of mail server, Zimbra, mail gateway
- Knowledge of SSL, encryption technology
- SMK/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as IT/Helpdesk Support, system administrator, or other closely related fields
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work on-site (Jakarta Selatan) and within the scheduled shift
**Working days**: 5 normal working days with 2 days off
