Technical Support Representative

**Responsibility**:
- Serve as a technical support expert for our external-facing teams.
- Manage day-to-day technical communication with our technology partners, including resolving issues and supporting technical requests from sales, customer support, and API customers.
- Act as the primary contact for all incidents related to Entertainment/Media/Musci Ad Platform and its associated advertiser-facing tools.
- Escalate technical issues to our engineering teams and manage live issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for incident updates and gather relevant information from cross-functional teams.
- Act as the primary contact for our creative services vendors and coordinate technical issue resolution with them.
- Assist in testing new integrations and technical capabilities, such as SDKs, APIs, or third-party custom integrations.
**Requirements**:
- An experienced technical support representative with a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar role
- Have a strong technical understanding of data infrastructure and ability to process and understand technical documentation.
- Strong documentation skills and are able to translate technical jargon for stakeholders of various backgrounds.
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail
- Critical thinker who can identify and solve problems.
- Proficiency in billing, fraud, third party measurement and live issue management is a plus.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with ability to work as an individual.
- Fluency in both written and verbal forms of English.
Work Term : On Site
Work Hours : Shifting 5 days working 2 days Off
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
