Job Description:

- Prepare IT service facilities for all of employees
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and configuration. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users.
- Identify the root cause of the problem and take preventive action.
- Periodic maintenance of IT assets (hardware and software), and help monitor utilization activities.
- Provide technical support for handling network and system disturbances and IT project to ensure the smooth running of IT infrastructure and services.
- Keep a record of all issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances
- Maintains knowledge and skill of technology innovations and trends

Qualification:

- Male
- D3 or S1 Informatics / Computer / Electrical Engineering or appropriate Engineering. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Having expertise in reading, understanding and identifying the technical specifications of IT devices
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Have IT insight and always follow the development of IT technology
- Honest, thorough, proactive, initiative, responsible and able to maintain the principles of confidentiality in data communication
- Having good communication skills and a soul to serve and prioritize IT service users
