**About work**仕事内容について**:
Manage day-to-day after-sales support activities, ensuring high responsiveness to customer inquiries, requests, and orders, with a focus on customer success and satisfaction, retention, and team productivity.
Handle and resolve complex customer requests and complaints, and where required, support after-sales manager and representatives with their sales campaigns and customer initiatives.
Report to local management on customer service-related issues, and order fulfilment incidents that require investigation and resolution with customers, and review of sales processes.
Initiate, manage and maintain WAREHOUSE PARTS ARRANGEMENT
Ensure compliance with company policies, after-sales procedures, and finance compliance guidelines.
Analyze and manage key performance indicators, report to local & regional management on key targets and attainments, and provide action plans to foster continuous process optimization and improved customer service.
Make recommendations to after-sales support manager that will enhance or improve after-sales support functions including, but not limited to: sales processes, team operations, work assignments, performance appraisals, ongoing education and training for the sales support team.
Work with after-sales support manager on special projects and provide objective feedback relative to new or existing after-sales processes.
Will provide insightful feedback that will assist the after-sales support manager with the roll-out of new or existing after-sales processes.
Provide a high level of product and direction to after-sales managers/ representatives and customers.
Participate in customer visits where/when requested.
Potential travel to regional branches may be required for training and meetings.
