One of our clients, a luxury 5* resort and spa in Canggu is currently seeking a highly talented and motivated individual for a Sales Manager to join the team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Junior College Degree.
- Highly skilled in negotiation and creating effective sales plans.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel chains.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership attitude.
- Good English or other languages reading and writing skills to meet business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work under strong pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.
- Driven by achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Understand local customers and have strong market analysis ability.
- Have certain customer resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Ensure exceptional service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and other marketing events to promote the resort.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Analyse sales data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Implement improvements based on guest feedback to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure all sales activities are accurately documented and recorded in the CRM system.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Monitor expenses and ensure they align with the budget.
- Represent the resort at industry events and networking functions.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with the resort’s policies and relevant legal regulations.
