- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain brand positioning for Ettore Gelato and Hut as industry leaders.

2. Bakery Wholesale System Development
- Establish a structured bakery wholesale system under the Hut brand, coordinating with production to ensure efficient operations from order placement to delivery.
- Create operational workflows, including order schedules, invoicing, and customer service protocols, to ensure high-quality and timely delivery to wholesale clients.
- Continuously improve the wholesale system by integrating client feedback and streamlining processes to meet evolving client needs.

3. New Market Development & Expansion
- Support expansion efforts for Ettore Gelato and Hut by identifying high-potential markets and creating tailored sales approaches for each location.
- Work closely with leadership to develop city-specific sales plans and establish relationships with key industry players in targeted regions.

4. Account Management
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Oversee existing accounts to increase product presence, improve distribution efficiency, and enhance overall client experience.
- Manage a sales pipeline, monitor progress, and provide detailed reports on sales activities and client interactions.

5. Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, seasonal launches, and events to maximize brand impact and sales outcomes.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure product quality, availability, and efficient distribution. Participate in sales forecasting and budget planning to align sales goals with overall company financial objectives.

6. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, preparing detailed reports on revenue, client feedback, and market insights.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis, providing feedback on product positioning and pricing strategies to adjust for market demands.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement within the sales and distribution processes.
