What we're looking for

As Sales Strategy Manager, you will be expected to drive our sales strategy and initiate nationwide programs to achieve company’s target. You’ll be part of our tight-knit Sales Performance & Strategy team, whose main goal is to help elevate our growing Sales Team to reach their optimum potential through informative data and strategic plan. You’ll have a hands-on experience in driving the overall company’s objective using your strategic thinking and agile mindset.

**Responsibilities**:
Set annual, quarterly, and monthly target to all sales channel including the consideration of manpower planning to react target and PnL calculation

Construct policy for Sales Team, including but not limited to sales commission, sales performance review, code of conduct, SOP, etc

Develop GTM (Go To Market) strategy to drive sales motion and prioritization

Develop initiatives monthly to achieve target, from pricing, package, and promotion by considering market trend

Perform market analysis regarding competitors, customer, and potential expansion area

Monitor sales performance (daily, weekly, monthly) including achievement, way of work, manpower, and code of conduct

Oversee the accuracy and credibility of sales operations administration (incentives)

Recommend strategic ideas and initiatives to (weekly, monthly, yearly) to Vice President of Sales

Continuously improve sales process tools (CRM, Zendesk, etc)
Min 10 years of working experience in Sales Strategy field with at least 7 years as manager. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment would be preferable

Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these into actionable business insights

Excellence at analytics, problem-solving, communication, relationship management, and team management skill

Strong background in market Analytics Skill, Project Management, and Leadership

Ability to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative/outside-the-box solutions
