- Develop and execute training training needs analysis process and develop curriculum are in line with the company's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
- Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
- Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
- Create and maintain training records and reports.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training & modules that have been compiled
- Cordinating with training vendors if neede

Minimum Qualifications: Requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Having min 3 years of experience in Training Development
- Having strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- Has good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others.
- Effective in both spoken and written English.
